The Texas Cancer Research Biobank (TCRB) and Baylor College of Medicine Human Genome Sequencing Center (BCM-HGSC) have sequenced tumor and normal genomes of patients who consented to make their data broadly available for biomedical research — under the condition that end users never attempt to re-identify participants. Use this site to obtain access to these data through the DNAnexus cloud platform. If you'd prefer to download the data locally, access the BCM-HGSC FTP site.
To access the data, complete this one-time process:

Your DNAnexus account now has access to a project containing the TCRB data. You'll find it among your projects when you log into DNAnexus from now on, and a direct link follows. The conditions to which you've agreed can be found in the README.txt file.
DNAnexus thanks the anonymous patients, TCRB, and BCM-HGSC for making these data available.
